Who is TripleMinds?
TripleMinds is a social business that boosts the grant funding of non-profits working in international cooperation through trainings, coaching and practical tools. FUNCAP is our practical, field-tested framework for strengthening the grant fundraising capacities of non-profit organisations with a focus on philanthropic foundations. Built on our 20+ years of hands-on work with NGOs, FUNCAP provides a clear, structured pathway to build the skills, systems, and confidence needed for successful grant fundraising – especially when targeting international trusts and foundations. And on top it gets you ready for unrestricted funding or core grants!
At the core of FUNCAP is the 4R Model – a step-by-step process that guides you through every stage of the grant fundraising cycle:
1 – RESEARCH: you develop your grant funding strategy and research your best potential funders;
2 – RELATE: your make yourself visible and engage successfully with potential donors;
3 – REQUEST: you write winning grant proposals that stick using storytelling elements; and

Do you offer grants? Can I send you a proposal?
No, we do not offer any grants as we are not a funded. We are a social business dedicated to improving the grant funding skills of non-profits.
What is TripleFunds?
TripleFunds is a practical online fundraising tool for development NGOs and social entrepreneurs, which provides access to funding opportunities via two searchable databases and increases fundraising capacities through live and recorded webinars as well as resource guides. All these features can be accessed through an affordable membership fee starting from 19€/month.
How can TripleMinds assist me in raising funds for my project or organisation?
There are various ways in how we can assist you in your fundraising: this starts from the identification of the right donors and/or grant opportunities, improving existing proposals or writing a new proposal from scratch. Furthermore, we develop impact models and carry out evaluations.
Do you also offer some free opportunities for non-profits?
Yes, we regularly host our free FUNCAP Coffee Talks. These are online Zoom sessions during which we give a short presentation on specific topics (i.e., Invite-only funders, How to use AI for proposal writing, Foundation trends). Then the floor is all yours to ask questions. We also invite you to subscribe to our Free Funding Alert which is sent out once a month and includes 10 calls for proposals.
Which trainings do you offer for individuals and/or non-profit organisations?
We offer our FUNCAP Cohort four times a year which is our training and coaching program across the whole grant funding cycle. It covers 4 group trainings and 4 individual coaching sessions. You can find more info here.
Which collaborations do you offer for philantropic foundations?
We love to collaborate with international foundations that want to offer capacity building to their grantee partners. We do this through implementing specific and individualised FUNCAP Cohorts. Foundations such as Porticus and the Drosos Foundation have partnered with us across various sectors including arts, youth, and peacebuilding and in countries including Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lebanon, Palestine, and Jordan.
