We care about you and what you do…
…and strive to make your projects a resounding success!
TripleMinds assists NGOs and social businesses working in development cooperation with services throughout the whole project cycle: we help you identify the right funding sources for your projects, undertake grant proposal writing, help you set up monitoring frameworks and conduct evaluation studies for your projects. We also deliver face-to-face and online training courses in all our areas of expertise.
We map institutional and private donor prospects for your projects and compile a tailor-made research document with a range of potentially perfect matches for your needs. This service will help broaden your donor base and raise additional funds. Our research will cover a broad range of public and private donors for various development sectors anywhere across developing and emerging countries. Our fundraising platform TripleFunds provides daily updated resources to access new funds, donors, and know-how.
We assist NGOs and social businesses in developing and reviewing successful grant proposals, concept notes and letters of inquiry. We have profound understanding of donor policies and have worked with over 200 public and private donors worldwide, including EC/ECHO, USAID, DFID, UN agencies and numerous foundations. We particularly like to apply participatory project development approaches (from the PRA toolbox). In total we have written close to 1,000 proposal documents. We can work remotely or on site, as required.
We assist NGOs and social businesses in setting up comprehensive M&E frameworks and have broad experience in conducting baselines, mid-term and final evaluations for different organisations in various sectors, countries and languages. We also have a soft spot for impact orientation and love to carry out impact studies. We particularly advocate the use of program theory/theory of change as a conceptual framework for assessing project processes and outcomes. Our evaluation support can be done remotely or on site, as required.
We design and deliver classroom and online trainings for development NGOs and social businesses in all our areas of expertise, including prospect research (e.g. Fundraising from European Foundations), grant proposal writing (e.g. How to write Grant Proposals for Foundations), and monitoring and evaluation (e.g. How to create a Theory of Change). We have run 100+ classroom training workshops and hosted a dozen of webinars for our NGO and social business community across the globe.
TripleFunds is a practical online funding tool developed by TripleMinds for non-profit organisations and social entrepreneurs in need of grant opportunities and donors for development projects across the globe. It provides you with close to 4,000 daily updated funding opportunities through two searchable databases and increases your fundraising capacities via webinars, resource guides and proposal writing assistance.

LUST FOR LIFE.
PASSION FOR PEOPLE.
DYNAMIC CURIOUS COMMITTED
Though all three of us were born in Austria we have spent the majority of our adult lives living abroad. Our common theme? We are flexible with time and space, curious for new people, cultures and places. After two years of working together back in 2006, our career paths led us into different directions: Silvia eventually moved to Zimbabwe, Lisa finished her PhD with extended field research periods in the Bolivian Amazon and Ulrike was off to work for UNICEF in Nepal and later the European Commission in Brussels. We always stayed in contact not least because in the meantime we had all become mothers and our children are close in age. Though always enthusiastic with the world of development, our TripleMinds network was born in early 2013. It was simply time. And the only logical step forward as we wanted to create a consultancy that is firmly based on our own values, beliefs and approaches, and of course suitable for our lives as young mothers and passionate travellers.
We would love to hear from you.
Meet the challenges.
And celebrate successes.
