4 RENEW: How to measure and show your impact and renew your bond 

This phase is all about impact. We begin by taking a deep dive into pathways of change and learning how to develop your own simple impact model, which serves as the foundation for tracking your impact.

You also explore easy-to-use, participatory M&E methods for capturing change and learn effective ways to communicate your impact.

In addition, we look at fresh stewardship ideas for staying regularly connected with your funders.

Finally, you receive concrete suggestions on how to deepen and renew your partnership with funders, taking the relationship to the next level.

Training

The training lasts 2.5 hours and is delivered via Zoom in a group setting. You learn how to effectively communicate your impact to keep your donors engaged and satisfied. This includes guidance on crafting compelling impact reports and using other methods to share both your successes and challenges.

To strengthen your impact measurement and reporting, we introduce practical M&E tools such as Most Significant Change and radar diagrams. You develop a simple impact model with defined impact targets, pathways of change for different outcome areas, and an indicator table detailing methods, targets, and data collection frequency. By combining these methods with effective storytelling and reporting, you are equipped to showcase your results convincingly and plan strategically for sustainable program growth.

We also explore fresh ideas for deepening donor engagement, ensuring your relationships remain strong and your supporters feel connected to your work. Most importantly, this stage focuses on strategically preparing for your next grant application, identifying new partnership opportunities, and generating even greater impact together.
