The Logframe Approach (LFA) – The steps to the Logframe

January 24, 2019 - January 25, 2019

€288 – €330

This training asks the question: how do I plan a development project and what does it take to arrive at a good project design? Therefore, it introduces the different steps of the Logframe Approach (LFA), the most common planning approach for development projects. We interactively work out a stakeholder and problem analysis and define our project strategy. The course participants will also learn a wide range of community based assessment methods, tools and approaches.

During this two-day workshop we will therefore explore the path it takes to build a coherent and ‘real world’ Logframe matrix that can be effectively used as a planning and monitoring document throughout the project cycle.
