This training course is aimed at providing an overview of results-based monitoring and evaluation methods with practical applications of tools and methods. This course will provide participants with M&E tools, techniques and resources needed for planning, organising, and/or managing programmes and projects. Through exercises and group work, participants will learn the links between results-based measurement, monitoring and program evaluation.
This course can be run in a 1 or 2-day setting, depending on the needs of the organisation.
Who should apply:
The course is intended for staff members of international development and aid organisations, especially M&E officers and project/programme coordinators who want to systematically integrate M&E in their daily project management.
About the instructor:
This course will be delivered by Lisa Ringhofer. Lisa is the Co-Founder of TripleMinds and has over 15 years of experience in development cooperation and research. She holds an M.A. in Development Studies, an MBA and a PhD in Sociology/Social Ecology. Lisa has developed, implemented and evaluated development programmes and projects in several countries with a focus on Southern Africa and Latin America. She conducts her assignments in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
